I worked within the mental health world for 7 years, between the ages of 20 to 27. I enjoyed the job – especially in the
local psychiatric ward – and I met some remarkable, troubled people, and watched as they disappeared in a haze of medication as their demons dragged them down…
I felt sorry for those people.
